First and Last Day
The first and last day are the most exciting times of camp. Here's what you need to know as a parent to make the day go great.
First Day

WHAT TO BRING TO CHECK-IN

Medications in the original bottle. We cannot accept medication that is not in the original packaging or prescription

Any incomplete forms.

Arrive at Camp Tanase on Sunday, July 14th between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm for drop off.

Please allow 30 minutes for check-in

Once completed a counselor will lead parents and camper to the cabin area via golf cart. Parents will be permitted to unload their camper into their cabin.

Once your camper has settled into their cabin, please say goodbye!

Campers will decorate a name tag that they will wear for the entirety of camp.

At 5:30 pm, we will have an opening ceremony where we will go over camp rules and expectations and have activities such as a scavenger hunt, team building, and creating a camp flag.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
Last Day
Saturday | July 20
CHECK-OUT PROCESS
We ask that you be courteous to Montgomery Bell State Park and drive slowly through the park leading to the camp. The speed limit on camp property is 5 mph and strictly enforced. Please watch for children as you enter the camp.
YOU MUST HAVE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID TO PICK-UP. (INCLUDING PARENTS/GUARDIANS)

Pick-up is Saturday, July 20th at 9:00 am.

Camper Graduation will take place at the pavilion inside Group Camp 1.

A staff member will check your ID and have you sign your camper out.
