Registration

Early Bird Registration      $799.99
Price beginning Jan.1       $849.99
Price beginning Apr.1       $899.99

Discounts

We offer 10% off to veteran, active duty military, and State of Tennessee employees. We also offer a 10% family discount for families sending more than one child. We do not allow the stacking on discounts. If you qualify, please send a copy of your military or state employee ID, or an email stating you will be sending multiple children to camp to heather.spiva@tn.gov. We will send you a discount code via email that can be applied at checkout.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Camp Tanase offers full and partial scholarships.  Scholarship applications will close May 15th. Recipients will be announced June 1st. If you would like to apply to be considered, please click the button below.

Refunds and Cancellations 

If you cancel before June 1st, a full refund will be given. Cancellations for any reason after June 1st will receive no refund due to the difficulty and cost of filling canceled spots. All cancellations prior to the camp date can be emailed or mailed to heather.spiva@tn.gov. 

Refunds are not given if your camper leaves camp for medical or behavioral reasons.

CampDoc

This summer, Camp Tanase is partnering with CampDoc to better serve our participants and staff.  CampDoc offers an electronic health record and online registration system for camps, and you can now complete your participant’s information electronically.
